it was great to see Bill and Al from smokin'hoggz bbq at my new wood-grilled pizza restaurant bill was having his bumper gate extended to fit all 3 WSM's should be great for him this year.As we found out we were not accepted into harpoon this year but hopefully next year.Now that Alan is back it is time to focus on Merrimack which is our first contest this year.hope to see you there.

Easter Sunday was full of work for me especially after a very busy restaurant week.The bright side is my family came to the restaurant for brunch and had some ham that I smoked for the brunch actually 2 fresh hams.Also i just received Dr.BBQ's new book and there are some pretty good recipes in there.Also 4 more days until teams find out about harpoon I can't wait I hope we get in.
