Easter Sunday was full of work for me especially after a very busy restaurant week.The bright side is my family came to the restaurant for brunch and had some ham that I smoked for the brunch actually 2 fresh hams.Also i just received Dr.BBQ's new book and there are some pretty good recipes in there.Also 4 more days until teams find out about harpoon I can't wait I hope we get in. Here are some photo's of the ham being smoked and ribs I cooked at work for the staff .
