First of all, Congrats to Mike and Kris of Lakeside Smokers for GC in Troy!! See you both in Maine!
Chickens came out great. Of all the different rubs and marinades, we found 2 that we really liked. Now its time to run a "mock" competition schedule to try all the different things we've tried to make sure that they all work.
